He is more like a salesman. Tries to get you to take expensive vitamins and do acupuncture. Became unresponsive and angry when I told him I was unhappy.
My test results were lost numerous times. My calls were not returned in a timely manner. My emails often went unanswered... My cycle was postponed several times because staff was overwhelmed by their workload.

I'm early in my donor egg treatment but to date I thought he [Dr. Roseff] explained things thoroughly and appealed to my need for details. He to date has been compassionate about my fertility struggles...I wish I had gone to him initially when I first started fertility treatments...he seemed to feel that would have made a difference as far as the time I wasted. that being said when I went to him at 43 he would not accept me for an OE cycle...

[Dr. Scott Roseff] was very pessimistic and pushed donor eggs even though we were in 30s and insisted we wanted a biological child...wanted to pump me at high dose of hormones...also added growth hormone...only does single to my awareness. He warns of twin pregnancy with transfer of multiple and seemed against it
I felt [IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] was expensive and financial department was understaffed...had to be extremely assertive to get information from them...They leave a voicemail for you with instructions night before...financial staff being horrible eg not giving all options for financing and lowering cost etc
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Felt he was very pessimistic and pushed donor eggs even though we were in 30s and insisted we wanted a biological child. He didn't give us all our options eg we didn't get option of doing fresh transfer without pgt. I felt he was paternalistic and on our last visit with him after one trial of ivf where I had 2 blasts from 7 eggs that were Pgt abnormal he said our chance of a biological child was low because quality off embryos was granular with inclusion bodies. After we talked to him, each time, we felt increased anxiety and negativity.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Paternalistic style. Do your own research and don't let pessimism get you down like he brought us down. We were successful first try elsewhere TWICE
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
I felt like an age when I saw him. He struck me as very pessimistic with focus on my age, in 30s, mentioned egg donor on first virtual consultation. He only does virtual or did at that time
Describe the protocols Scott Roseff used in your cycles at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic) and their degree of success.
He said he wanted to pump me at high dose of hormones.. I canā€™t recall dosage of menopur and follistim but I know I later had succes with lower dose of menopur equivalent. He also added growth hormone
Describe your experience with your nurse at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: I forget her the nurseā€™s name)
They leave a voicemail for you with instructions night before. They were ok. The issue was the financial staff being horrible eg not giving all options for financing and lowering cost etc
Describe your experience with IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
I felt the clinic was expensive and financial department was understaffed. I had to be extremely assertive to get information from them. I chose ivfmd based off of success ratings but I now realize that this doesn't reflect the best option for individual success
Describe the costs associated with your care under Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
Very expensive.
Describe Scott Roseff's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).

When we met Dr. Roseff it was through a video call due to the beginning of covid. I never felt rushed and always felt he cared and listened to our questions and concerns, he was always 100% honest and never beat around the bush. He recommended I work with his nutritionist Martha which I am very happy I did. She put me on a plan to help get me where I needed to be and also put me on different types on vitamins which my body needed. Dr Roseff went above and beyond checking every little IMPORTANT detail in both myself and my husband that other fertility Doctors do not bother to look into. Throughout this process I saw his staff A LOT! Every single one of them has been AMAZING!! I canā€™t thank you Dr Roseff enough for ALWAYS making me feel special, important, being honest with us and never making me feel like a number! Our last appointment was filled with happy emotions but I will say my husband and I were extremely sad it was our last appointment with Dr. Roseff. Thank you so much for your care and guidance during this incredible blessing of an experience. Thank you for making our dreams come true!!!! We Love you forever!! Anyone looking for the BEST IVF DR in the world look no further!!! You will have a doctor and staff who truly care about you and treat you feel like family!! Everything went amazing the staff is super friendly the only thing that sucks for me now is that I need to do intralipids and they use to do it at the boca office that is near my house but they stopped so i have to travel almost an hour away to get them done. Its not a terrible thing just annoying but its only once a month so it is what it is and im pregnant so im not complaining =)

Dr Roseff took the time to answer any and all questions my husband and I had...From our first appointment with Dr. Roseff, we felt confident that we were in the best hands possible. He is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor we have met and leaves no stone unturned. We were facing a number of issues including, but not limited to, factor 5 liden deficiency, elevated natural killer cells, hypothyroidism, diminished ovarian reserve and a male factor morphology issue. All of these factors were working against us but we could tell immediately that Dr. Roseff was experienced in dealing with all of these issues. Dr Roseff gave a lot of hope by explaining confidently to us "Why go through multiple IVF cycles when all it takes is one to conceive." My husband and I discussed the risk/reward of moving forward and knew that he would give us the best chances at conceiving. Now if youā€™re a numbers person, let me just explain that my FSH was a 17.5 and my AMH was a 1.4... these numbers were terrifying to me and of course I was skeptical that we would be able to ultimately have success. After careful consideration we decided to give Dr Roseff a shot while following all of his suggestions to a "T". My IVF protocol was specific to target all of these areas of concern including extra medication to assist in helping my egg quality. Dr. Roseff is also a doctor that believes in a holistic approach and so I was receiving acupuncture, taking supplements and eating a clean diet in order to give me the best chance possible. My egg retrieval went better than expected than

How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
After 3 consecutive miscarriages, my husband and I knew we needed to seek professional help again in order to have a baby. My husband and I saw a different IVF clinic roughly 4 years ago when we were dealing with the same issues. We were successful in the end but had to go through 3 IUIs and 3 IVF transfers before we ended up pregnant. We are very grateful for the IVF center for our son but we also felt we were handled with what seemed like a ā€œfail then reactā€ case. There were many tests that were not performed until after we had already wasted 4 perfectly good embryos. After discussing with my husband we felt our old center was not only very far away, but we were now older (age is a big factor regarding infertility) and knew we may not be able to create the same amount of embryos we previously did. We needed someone who could give us a winning shot the first time. We were referred to Dr. Scott Roseff by a friend who previously had IVF success the first transfer. She raved about Dr. Roseff and we are beyond happy that we took the recommendation. From our first appointment with Dr. Roseff, we felt confident that we were in the best hands possible. My egg retrieval went better than expected thanks all to Dr. Roseffā€™s protocol. After the PGS testing we sat in Roseffā€™s office to confirm that we had ended up with one normal embryo. With everything against us, we moved forward with our one and only embryo transfer and I am still in shock to say that it was a success! This was an absolute miracle and the result of us following every suggestion by Dr. Roseff. We are currently 15 weeks pregnant and everything is moving along perfectly! We have recently been discharged from Dr. Roseffā€™s office to continue our journey with our OBGYN. It was bittersweet to say the least! Dr. Roseff takes a very thorough approach right from the beginning. He sits with you for extended periods of time and makes sure to answer all your questions and concerns while performing all the preliminary tests needed before even starting the IVF process. Dr. Roseff's motto is ā€œdo it once, do it right and just make it work!ā€ So if you are feeling doubtful or not sure what clinic or doctor to choose, I can assure you that my experience is not exclusive to Dr. Roseff but it is highly recommended that you look no further. I am forever grateful to Dr. Roseff for his expertise and passion for helping people create families. If you are struggling to get pregnant or stay pregnant, seeing Dr. Roseff will change your life.

He [Dr. Scott Roseff] told us we should only do eSet...is very nice as well as concise. He takes his time in explaining everything that pops up in the testing and is empathetic when you have concerns and/or fears. Dr. Scott Roseff does not limit appointments to a certain time frame Dr. Scott Roseff takes his time...For egg retrieval: Birth control pill for 3 weeks Gonal f Menapur Leuprolide Trigger shot Transfer: Progesterone in oil Estrace Vivelle
They [staff at IVFMD] are all very friendly and empathetic the only complaint I have is their billing department . I called my insurance company to verify what test were covered & they still charged me for things the insurance company continues to tell me is covered. There were other times they would call me that I owed something and would call me back later saying I didnā€™t owe it ...They [nurses] are all really nice but definitely see a lot of patients

This review is long overdue, as I am sitting here holding my newborn baby girl! Dr Roseff is the absolute best! He is extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist that wants to get it done the first time. He does a bunch of preliminary tests to make sure he isnā€™t overseeing anything. Even with a setback with our first frozen transfer, he suggested a few strategic changes for our next transfer and I am so happy to say it was successful and gave us our baby girl! You can have complete faith in Dr Roseff and we will definitely be returning to him when the time for #2 comes!! Also, his office staff, especially Kristie (the nurse), are the best! So on top of everything, and Kristie responds to emails and questions ASAP!

During the first appointment he [Dr. Scott Roseff] explained the whole process, got multiple exams made (which for me is excellent as it shows efficiency and clarity in their processes, and respect for my time too) and I left his office with a clear path and vision of what was coming, plus prenatal vitamins, and changes in my iron and Vitamin D (which I was taken already due to anemia). He also recommended for me to see a NUTRITIONIST,
Dr. ROSEFF and his staff had set the bar way to high! The Babymaker #1 for sure...Dr. Roseff and his team helped us to navigate this new pregnancy world, resolved all of our inquiries (I went with a >+40 questionnaire) with all the patience in the world, not rushing me for a second, the ultrasounds weren't rushed either, he gave us the opportunity to see our child for the first, second and third time in such a fashion that we could enjoy it instead of rushing it, it was such a lovely / forever in our minds experience. We are glad we didn't have to go through IVF treatment at the end, but if we had to, I would have felt so comfortable and confident on achieving it on the first try knowing it would have been led by Dr. Roseff .
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr. ROSEFF and his staff had set the bar way to high! The Babymaker #1 for sure!!! I went by MID-NOVEMBER 2022 to get help after trying to get pregnant on our own for 2 years and not being successful. During the first appointment he explained the whole process, got multiple exams made (which for me is excellent as it shows efficiency and clarity in their processes, and respect for my time too) and I left his office with a clear path and vision of what was coming, plus prenatal vitamins, and changes in my iron and Vitamin D (which I was taken already due to anemia). He also recommended for me to see a NUTRITIONIST, so I sought an appointment with one working at the same office and I had it by JANUARY 11th, 2023. The nutritionist was far away from providing me a good and detailed nutritional guideline which was my initial expectation from her based on her practice, BUT little did I know that the correct expectation from her practice was to be just the right knowledgeable person to read my blood work and identify what I was lacking and what my body needed regarding supplements, vitamins and medication for pregnancy. Please mind the date of this appointment (January 11th). BY FEBRUARY 1ST, 2023 I WAS PREGNANT ALREADY. It was like magic. From that point forward Dr. Roseff .
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
if you're trying to get pregnant with no success please don't despair, don't lose hope; look after the right doctor and the right team. With Dr. Roseff and the nutritionist on site you're going to get pregnant yes or yes. Mind appointments with Dr. Roseff may take a while (mine took around 5 months) but it's worth the wait. Best of wishes for you: upcoming mommies and daddies :)
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
And the nurse who took the blood for the exams had the softest hand ever (I'm a real chicken when needles related, and with her I felt nothing).

Dr. Roseff is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained in great detail and ensured I understood our next steps. He always made me feel very respected and heard. He took lots of time with my husband and me and answered our questions in-depth...If you need a lot of hand-holding or want to see a doctor every visit, there are better options than IVF, and Dr. Roseff would not be a good fit.
This [IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] office is extremely busy, so I sometimes felt rushed, but once they got to know me, I felt like I became family to all of them. By my last transfer, they all knew my name, family life, husband, and our new foster child. The wait times could have been better, but it was smooth sailing once they got my schedule for either my retrieval or transfer.

If you need a lot of hand-holding or want to see a doctor every visit, there are better options than IVF, and Dr. Roseff would not be a good fit. Most visits are done with the nurses, and if you have any questions, they ask the doctor and get back to you. This was great for me, but I know this can be scary for others.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr. Roseff was always so kind yet very direct. He made me feel like his daughter and always made me feel seen, heard, and respected.

For self-pay patients, their rates are incredibly high. Of course, we often got discounts, but even those rates were insanely high. They felt like family and all the staff were always so kind and helpful.

Very high!
Describe Scott Roseff's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
Dr. Roseff suggested we don't do multiple egg transfers and explained the outcomes if we chose to do a multiple embryo transfer. Unfortunately, our chances of getting pregnant dropped drastically, so we decided not to do it and only did a single embryo transfer. I am sooooo glad we listened to Dr. Roseff.

One thing I have always liked about Dr.Roseff is heā€™s so honest, thorough, To the point, Doesnā€™t beat around the bush, tells you what you need to hear in order to be successful in this journey...I felt my care was extremely personalized and custom to my needs. Attention to detail is very important to me and to Dr.Roseff and he made that clear with his treatment....
Everyone I dealt with [at IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] from nursing, front desk, coordinator, lab tech, was great and attentive. I am very thankful they dealt with my many phone calls and e-mails promptly...very thorough with instructions. I never felt like I didnā€™t know what was happening next. I always had instructions. I loved the voicemail system. I absolutely loved it. What a great way to get all information and details regaurding next steps...
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
I was recommended to see Dr.Roseff in 2018. At that time I was under 35 and having a hard time getting pregnant. After some lab work was done and diet changes were made and unwanted weight was lost, we were pregnant within 6 months of being u set Dr. Roseffs care. I felt as though procedures and medications and unnecessary things werenā€™t thrown at us and I did as Dr.Roseff asked. Come back in 2022, over 35, 15 months of trying to conceive baby number 2. A new work up is done and some new things are discovered, IVF is now discussed and the route we decide to go with. One thing I have always liked about Dr.Roseff is heā€™s so honest, thorough, To the point, Doesnā€™t beat around the bush, tells you what you need to hear in order to be successful in this journey. I did everything he asked and more. One retrieval, one transfer, a positive pregnancy test and confirmed ultrasounds. We could not be happier and more thankful for the personalized patient centered care we received from Dr.Roseff. I did not feel like a number when I was in his care, he really does individualize the process from one patient to the next. I will continue to recommend Dr.Roseff to anyone who asks, he is worth the wait, do it once and do it right, make it work.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
He is worth the wait. With the amount of time and money potentially being spent, wait for the best.

Describe the protocols Scott Roseff used in your cycles at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic) and their degree of success.
Saline sonogram was recommended prior to transfer - thankful it was because I had an infection and a polyp that needed removing. Endometrial scratch- recommended to sort of excite the cells in the uterus helping embryo to attach.
Describe your experience with your nurse at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: Leslie, Gelyssa, Dulce, Lisa )
Everyone I dealt with from nursing, front desk, coordinator, lab tech, was great and attentive. I am very thankful they dealt with my many phone calls and e-mails promptly.
Describe your experience with IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
Weaknesses - appointment time. They are busy which is amazing for them, peoole want to be seen at this clinic because it has such amazing clinicians. Sometimes the wait times in between testing can cause some anxiety. But, the front desk girls worked hard to move appointments around to accommodate for requests when they could so, I appreciated it. Strengths- positive staff, intelligent clinicians, % rates on success, very thorough with instructions. I never felt like I didnā€™t know what was happening next. I always had instructions. I loved the voicemail system. I absolutely loved it. What a great way to get all information and details regaurding next steps.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
It was never hard to get monitoring Apts. They are obviously important so they were scheduled accordingly.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
I would say roughly 25,000 or more with all extras, nutrition, acupuncture, supplements, testing, diagnostics, medications, procedures, labs, consultations.

Dr. Roseff will do whatever it takes to get to the root of the problem for each individual patient to ensure the common goal of getting pregnant is achieved. Dr. Roseff is incredibly detail oriented, thorough, and cares so much about his patients...natural modified cycle with letrozole, prednisone, intralipids, HCG trigger shot...Dr. Roseff requires extensive testing on both partners to ensure any issues are taken care of before you jump into cycles...
Nursing staff [at IVFMD South Florida Institute] is the best. So patient and caring, I always knew I was in the best hands. They were my biggest cheerleaders and celebrated all my wins and supported me through all the loss...never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for an appointment. Clean. Finance team is excellent. Great overall experience. I would try to stay away from the copper city location if you need to go to another location for any testing or intralipid appointments, Jupiter is a great secondary location...
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
If you are looking for the best Reproductive Endocrinologist in the state of Florida, look no further. Dr. Roseff is the best around and surrounds himself with an incredible team including Dr. Montenegro (focuses on lifestyle and nutrition). Dr. Roseff will do whatever it takes to get to the root of the problem for each individual patient to ensure the common goal of getting pregnant is achieved. Dr. Roseff is incredibly detail oriented, thorough, and cares so much about his patients (which is incredibly hard to find). The IVF process with Dr. Roseff is carefully explained every step of the way and patients are given options about care that are truthful and straightforward. Dr. Roseff requires extensive testing on both partners to ensure any issues are taken care of before you jump into cycles that could potentially cost thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it in the end. Our lives have changed because of Dr. Roseff and I have recommended this team to so many close friends and family, and will continue to do so for as long as he is in practice.

Dr. Roseff is extremely brilliant and knows a great deal about endocrinology/fertility. He went over all my labs/results to find the underlying issues of what was causing my miscarriages. He put me on a vitamin regimen to increase my egg health and diminished ovarian reserve. Very thorough. Very precise...We never felt rushed in his office. He was very down to earth, professional and extremely knowledgeable...on Metanyx daily for 6 months leading up to IVF and then I am continuing this throughout my pregnancy. Ritual prenatal, Vitamin D 10,000IUI, Ultraflora daily probiotic, 1,000 MG Vitamin C, Low dose 83mg baby aspirin. For egg retrieval I was on various stimulation drugs including Follistim, Menopur, and a few others...
[IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] Clinic strength- excellent physicians, clean facility, great nursing staff, friendly front desk, easy to communicate and call for appointments Clinic weakness- some appointments ran 45+ min late, but only a few, sometimes hard to get billing/financial staff on phone...Dulce was my FET care coordinator- very good nurse and helpful! Lisa was my egg retrieval coordinator and she was great too...

Describe the specific things that went wrong at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
I had coverage but United Healthcare told the finance dept I didnt. For a few months, they were under the impression that I had no coverage when in fact I did. There was another department with UHC that manages fertility benefits called Fertility Solutions. It's the insurance fault but it caused me alot of stress being in the middle of it. Also, one of my blood vials never made it to the lab because the carrier may have messed it up.

As soon as I met Dr. Roseff at the beginning of this year, I knew I was in the right hands. His expertise and his approach are irreplaceable. He wants you to be successful and have a baby more than you yourself. He doesnā€™t settle for failure. His initial workup is much more comprehensive and identifies issues which other physicians miss...Dr. Roseff listened to my goal of one healthy child and made sure I was successful at that.
I cannot say enough good things about his entire [IVFMD SFI for RM] team. They are prompt with picking up phone, answering questions, scheduling your appointments, and basically holding your hand throughout the IVF/FET process...The clinic is excellent. They check patients in quickly, do vitals in between waiting time, and get you in fast. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Also very understanding if you have to reschedule. Love Dr. Roseff's entire team.
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
DR. ROSEFF is AMAZING!! BEYOND WORDS!! I do not have enough words to express gratitude. His passion and competence for his work is outstanding. I am a physician myself and it is rare to meet physicians like him. I had started my journey of trying to have a child back in 2020 with another doctor. I chose the other physician due to convenience of traveling. As soon as I met Dr. Roseff at the beginning of this year, I knew I was in the right hands. His expertise and his approach are irreplaceable. He wants you to be successful and have a baby more than you yourself. He doesnā€™t settle for failure. His initial workup is much more comprehensive and identifies issues which other physicians missā€”for example in my case one of the enzymes to metabolize folate was abnormal. He informs you of all of the options and their success rates based on your goals. Then he makes sure that you are successful in your first attempt. There is no thinking like oh if this cycle doesnā€™t work, will try again, and again, and again. HE DOESNā€™T LEAVE FAILURE AS AN OPTION. I feel so lucky and blessed to have met DR. ROSEFF and highly recommend him. No matter where you are in the world, he is worth the travel and wait. He is worth the wait. THANK YOU DR. ROSEFF!!

I cannot articulate the amount of happiness Dr. Roseff and team have brought to our life. My husband and I have been on a five year fertility journey and after 3 years with the same practice, we came to Dr. Roseff for a second opinion. Dr. Roseff ordered tests we had never heard of and found things our previous doctor never looked for. While the journey with Dr. Roseff took 18 months, I am proud to say we just graduated IVF and are heading to our OB/GYN with a beautiful baby on the way...
Great staff at all locations [IVFMD South Florida Institute]. I went to Boca Raton (primary), Cooper City, and Miami. Miami was for my retrieval and transfer...Staff was always willing to help. Roseff took 18 months, I am proud to say we just graduated IVF and are heading to our OB/GYN with a beautiful baby on the way. If you are searching for answers and want a kind, thorough fertility specialist to help you on your journey- look no further. Dr. Roseff is the best!

Great staff at all locations . I went to Boca Raton (primary), Cooper City, and Miami. Miami was for my retrieval and transfer- Dr Soto was incredible!! Staff was always willing to help. Nurses remembered your name and small details from previous appointments to make you feel special. This was my second doctor. I was at a huge practice previously and felt like cattle. So happy I found IVFMD (Dr. Roseff).
Describe the costs associated with your care under Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
We used insurance, so some was covered. I believe we paid about $7,000 out of pocket.

Dr. Roseff gave us a second opinion, took his time reviewing our file in detail, and spent an hour with us on a call finally giving us explanations as to why this had happened. He gave us a specific plan that was tailored to our needs, and we listened to his every word and recommendation...You may not always see or speak to him, but he is always checking, double checking, and maybe even triple checking, to make sure things are exactly as they should be in your treatment
Clinic feels like a machine sometimes. Luckily the doctor and some of the staff make you feel important. Since they have so many patients there may be long wait times, and limited appointments available...[the IVFMD South Fl Institute nurse] was amazing, checked in on me often. responded quickly. was so happy for us when it finally worked..
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
We were at a point in our infertility journey where we felt defeated, depressed and hopeless. After two failed cycles with a different doctor, we thought there was no hope for us to have our own children. That is when we found Dr. Roseff and everything changed. Dr. Roseff gave us a second opinion, took his time reviewing our file in detail, and spent an hour with us on a call finally giving us explanations as to why this had happened. He gave us a specific plan that was tailored to our needs, and we listened to his every word and recommendation. Working with Dr. Roseff will not give you results overnight, but it will get you to your goal if you stick with him and trust the process and his experience. If you are struggling to get the results you want as so many of us do, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Roseff. There are not enough words I can say about our experience with Dr. Roseff. He is kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients and giving them a healthy baby. He is thorough, detailed, researched, and knows exactly what he is doing. You may not always see or speak to him, but he is always checking, double checking, and maybe even triple checking, to make sure things are exactly as they should be in your treatment. Thank G-d we found him as I can say after 1.5 years of IVF, we are finally pregnant with our first child. Do not give up. It will happen if you trust the right professionals. As Dr. Roseff always says: Do it once, do it right, just make it work.

he [Dr. Roseff] took time to hear us, he then gave his suggestions for my fertility journey, the whys, and the why nots as well as the pros and cons to our previous ideas. How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
When I had my very first consult with Dr. Roseff he asked us our expectations, what our current idea/plan was, what we were for/against (i.e. any religious factors, etc). After he took time to hear us, he then gave his suggestions for my fertility journey, the whys, and the why nots as well as the pros and cons to our previous ideas. I remember leaving there feeling heard. He also diagnosed me with two other health issues that my primary care physician never even tested me for despite my frequent complaints, symptoms, and inquiries. He is extremely thorough- he seriously knows his stuff!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Listen to his recommendations from day one! My biggest regret is that I wouldn't have been so stubborn when first planning my treatments. We could've potentially saved a few years (and money) by me just trusting his plan from the start. I was guarded as so many providers have let me down and it resulted in my apprehension for certain treatments. This is such a tough journey but I am here to tell you- ITS SAFE TO TRUST HIM!
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr. Roseff has great bedside manner. You can tell that he is a kind hearted person in all his walks of life. One thing that really touched my heart was when he facetimed me after my embryo transfer to wish me loving words of encouragement.
Describe the protocols Scott Roseff used in your cycles at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic) and their degree of success.
I don't remember too much but when we first did IVF we had one miscarriage and one failed transfer it was highly encouraged we not move forward without embryo biopsies (which was initially suggested and we avoided due to cost). The biopsies revealed that the majority of my eggs were basically not healthy. Although upsetting, it gave insight to the failed transfers and also let us know which of the frozen embryos were actually healthy (one). That embaby is what led to us becoming parents. Three years later we returned for a new cycle and did the testing immediately with those embryos (which then resulted in our second baby).
Describe your experience with your nurse at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
With my first pregnancy I had nurse Kristi and she was understanding, kind, thorough, truly on top of her game. With my second pregnancy I was assigned a nurse but it either changed partially through or multiple ones were getting involved. Things seemed more confusing and disorganized that time around leaving me to really having to pay attention to every detail and call often to make sure things weren't falling through the crack. Someone who really stood out to me that time around was Dylin. She was always on top of everything- appointments, financials, labs. Every estimate she gave me was either spot on or super close. She had an upbeat, positive vibe and it always made me feel good.
Describe your experience with IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
The number one strength to this clinic is their multiple locations. My doctor's office was actually further from me than one of their other facilities so I was able to do my monitoring (labs, ultrasounds, infusions, embryo retrieval and transfer) at the facility closest to my house. This saved me roughly 45-60min drive time one way for each appointment. That truly adds up. I could also do virtual appointments if it was something my provider needed to directly handle. The clinic also has an instagram page where the doctors go on weekly to answer questions and give advice FREE OF CHARGE. The only weakness I would say would be my last experience with the nursing confusion.
Describe your experience with your monitoring appointments at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
Monitoring can definitely ruin your schedule HOWEVER it is very consistent. You are given a calendar weeks ahead of time that tell you what days you need to be at the clinic and you have a time window of the earlier hours to when you need to be there. Only going before 9am can be difficult for many but you have to remember your end goal here. As I previously mentioned- you can do monitoring at almost any of their facilities even if its not the "home" facility to your doctor. This is a major plus. Also the facility I used for monitoring (jupiter) was super organized. I was pretty much seen right at my appointment time every time.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
With my second baby it was much cheaper because we knew what to do for my body and I was pregnant on first attempt. I want to say with insurance covering most of it, my out of pocket was about 15k. Blood work was the most expensive because he only uses one lab and it was not covered on my insurance. I spent thousands of dollars on blood work alone. Medication was about 2k (I think). I forget what my lipid infusions totaled (perhaps 1k). I did do accupuncture, chiro, and massage which I do not have included in that cost. The journey with my first child I spent (collectively) about 90k but this was multiple IUIs (about 1200$ back then for two sessions), one fresh transfer, two frozen transfers, labs, medications, embryo biopsies, etc.
Describe Scott Roseff's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
My doctor is rather firm about single embryo transfer. He gave statistics about how the more embryos placed does not necessarily increase your chances of pregnancy (as in the womb/environment can be wrong, the embryos themselves can have issues, etc) which could lead to no implantation with a waste in embryos used. He also reported that even placing two embryos can result in 4 (or more) babies with the idea that each embryo split into an identical twin. This places you at great risk for miscarriage as well as increasing your chances of maternal death.

Describe the specific things that went wrong at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
I did end up purchasing an extra medication that I didn't need. The nurse sent the scripts over to the specialty pharmacy in which I filled and a couple weeks later realized I never used one so when I inquired she said the dr said I wouldn't need it and it was an error she sent it over. This was roughly 300$ wasted bc I was not able to return it. Also one time I was running out of medications I was on and it fell over a holiday weekend. I called and left a message about needing the medication and never got a call back on the matter... ever. This was a very important medication that I needed to take daily and had I not found some left over from a previous transfer I would've been off the medication for at least two days. Contrary to that experience: another time I was running low on meds and the pharmacy was having shipping issues. One of the sister clinics had me come in and pick up the medication from their supply to buy me time. This was so helpful because when my medication finally arrived I was able to donate it back.

Dr Roseff is a very aggressive Dr (in a good way)and is results driven...they are very welcoming to the gay community too.(lesbian couple here) We listened to his every instruction and recommendations...[he] said to trust him with 1 embryo for the 1st transfer and we will talk if we need to if it doesnt take...but he was right...1 embryo took and were pregnant...You can ask him a gazillion questions and he gladly answer all of them
Communication [at IVFMD] was always on point. Now that they are hiring new people. I think they need more training to see how the office runs before they go hands on......[nursing staff] all became my besties. Hes very thorough, polite, kind, knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything that is going on. You can ask him a gazillion questions and he gladly answer all of them. Even doing ivf through COVID. We did virtual appts, went to the office for check up and bloodwork. Communication was always on point!
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Everyone is always weary about the cost of doing IVF. I was too. It's TRUE it is expensive but everyones situation is different. I did it without insurance coverage because they helped me fund a way. There are so many different options out there I had no idea. If theres a will theres a way. Just inquire and ask you never know. Also watch Dr. Eisermann video https://youtu.be/M43ldLkSTZ0
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr Roseff and his entire team in the Boca office is phenomenal! His motto is "Do it ONCE, Do it RIGHT, and just make it WORK. Is so very true for my wife and I! As we are pregnant with our 1st child doing IVF! Also, they are very welcoming to the gay community too.(lesbian couple here) We listened to his every instruction and recommendations. By doing so we got pregnant on our very 1st try! So do yourself a favor while reading all the reviews. Ignore the debbie downers and negetive nacys as they all have issues with following proper procedures and instructions. THIS IS THE TRUE REVIEW...MINE RIGHT HERE! Yes there's ALOT of information that will be handed to you when you 1st get started and it does get overwhelming as it is a very big process. As you are trying to get pregnant makes sense right? Theres test upon test and tons of paperwork to go over. As Dr Roseff is a very aggressive Dr (in a good way)and is results driven. Which is what you honestly want! You want someone that looks deep into every fine line of your health. He very thorough and again runs all the tests to ensure success. Which end game is for YOU to get Pregnant. Bottom line. The knowledgable team eventually feels like family. Where I call the nurses my besties and everyone just makes you feel so comfortable. Yes its neccessary to take his recommendations supplements, if u have health issues, yes go and make that appt with Marta(shes fantastic). Yes going to accupuncture does help. Be open minded and just listen to what Dr. ROSEFF and the team says. Huge thank you to Dylin office admin. Racyne, Leslie, and Courtney my besties nurses!!! Thank you for all your patience as I probably asked more questions then any patient before. I'm sure I set the record for how many emails and calls I made to you guys. Thank you Dr. Eisermann for doing my retrieval and transfer you are amazing and wonderful with great bedside manner! You're the best!! We DID IT!! Concerned about cost?? Watch this video as it's TRUE. There are ways for make it affordable. DrĀ  Juergen Eisermann https://youtu.be/M43ldLkSTZ0 Thank you! thank you! thank you for making our dreams come true! I'll be back in a couple years for baby #2!!
Describe the protocols Scott Roseff used in your cycles at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic) and their degree of success.
We did ivf. Round 1 was to prep your follicles and grow them. Which means lots of shots! Lots of medicines. Until they mature and boom surgery. Then embrologist sucks them out and fertilized them to turn them into embryos. Phew round 1 done. Next they biopsied each healthy embryo for genetic testing. Round 2: prep the body for transfer. More shots but but as much. Just longer. Schedule the transfer, rest and boom if it takes your pregnant!
Describe your experience with your nurse at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic). (Assigned nurse: I got the whole team! Racyne, Leslie, and Courtney love them!!)
They all became my besties. Friendly, caring, and they always answered all my questions. As I must have asked them more questions then anyone ever has! But they were always patient with me and always there for me. Future note everyone...count your medicine and pills before the weekend and double check you have enough around the holidays. It's a constant battle to keep up with the pills.
Describe your experience with IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
Communication was always on point. Now that they are hiring new people. I think they need more training to see how the office runs before they go hands on. They need to learn about them patients before working with the patients. My team was like family and a few new people came in and I wasnt treated them same. But kinda like a number and not a patient as they were the new ones not me.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
It's expensive and I wish insurance covered it. But I took out a loan with a low interest rate. Theres tons of options out there as everybody situations different.

This was one of my concerns too. Dr Roseff said to trust him with 1 embryo for the 1st transfer and we will talk if we need to if it doesnt take...but he was right...1 embryo took and were pregnant. Just follow his instructions and you will be fine
