My care was 100% personalized and it was evident that Dr. Roseff truly cared about me as a patient and had a vested interest in seeing me succeed...he is incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate....will start you on supplements and/or see his nutritionist on staff as needed before starting an egg retrieval cycle, to maximize your egg health and ensure your body is in a good place initially. He included a growth hormone in the egg retrieval cycle that was expensive and not covered by insurance however can help with positive outcomes. I had 2 genetically normal embryos after my first egg retrieval. I chose to do a 2nd egg retrieval and had 1 genetically normal embryo. I did the 2nd egg retrieval as my egg quality was poor and I wanted to get as many embryos as possible while I still could.
[IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine is an] Awesome group of clinics, with multiple locations. You will spend the majority of your time in the Boca Raton office, however any bigger test or procedure like an egg retrieval or embryo transfer will be done in another one of their offices. It’s seamless to visit other offices and the staff is amazing at each one...They [nurses] are so friendly and can truly answer any question (or will confer with Dr. Roseff on your behalf if needed). They personally d injection training and are so patient with people like me who have no medical background. I truly enjoy seeing them!

Dr. Roseff is amazing - he is incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate. He is a true expert in fertility and issues women experience, including PCOS (which many doctors don’t seem to understand).
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Miami (Prelude Network clinic)?
Even if there is a seemingly long wait for an appointment, he is worth it! There’s a reason he can be more difficult to get in with than most local fertility doctors. If you try to go to somebody else, you will wish you had just started with him. Once you meet him, you will have full confidence that you are in the right place.

Monitoring appointments need to be completed by around 10am. They start as early as 7am. They’re typically easy to schedule your preferred time within that window.

Roughly $30,000 after insurance (and this included off site acupuncture, the on-site nutritionist, and all medications and supplements.

Don't think he is cold because of this. He isn't at all. He just likes to do the work first, then talk after...I loved the length and depth of the initial consultation. I also loved that he allowed my spouse to come to my ultrasounds with me once we were pregnant.

I experienced this more with front desk or nurses than anyone else. I lived closer to Jupiter but my doctor was in Boca Raton. I was able to have some scans done at the Jupiter office, which was helpful since I had to drive an hour to get to Boca Raton

Dr. Roseff is very intelligent and knows what he is talking about. I love that he was so knowledgeable and it definitely helped me trust his plan of action more. He is very focused on his assessment initially, then he takes the time to explain what he is doing or what he is seeing. Once you get used to it that he will be straight to business first, you know what to expect. He never made me feel rushed out the door and took his time to explain everything to me in medical terms and again in "normal" terms. I really appreciated how much attention he gave to me while I was there.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and I also had a major vitamin D deficiency. He put me on a large dose of vitamin D and also had me taking iron, a prenatal, a DHA, and Ovasitol to help regulate my cycle. I did this from end of December until May. Then we checked levels and he was happy. We then did one round of letrozole (similar to clomid) and the trigger shot and were were successful!!

After having my bloodwork levels assessed after supplements, I was not called with results or plan of action. It was only after I called at the start of my next period that I was told Dr. Roseff wanted to begin with the letrozole and timed intercourse. I was ok with this plan but I wish I had known before I was in the office so I could prepare myself mentally.

He is interested in diagnosing the actual problems and is prescriptive against those issues. He has his opinions, but they are born out of real up-to-date experience with science behind him -- not the first generation antiquated methods that were used 20 years ago.
the staff of professionals in the Boca Raton office [of IVFMD South Florida] are top knotch. Courteous, accomodating, polite...Normal IVF costs. The only thing that might be "extra" is the focus on high-grade supplements. WORTH THE MONEY...The only weakness is that they are busy, and schedules can be difficult. The strengths are everything. Courteous, accommodating, compassionate, polite. A+++++ all around. ONE comment I would make ... this is the Boca Raton office. There are some staff who aren't quite the 10/10 superstars that you get in Boca Raton, so just be wary of that. :-)

If I had failed with our previous doctor (Not Dr. Roseff), I would've never had closure. I would've never felt we had done everything we possibly can to achieve our goal. He didn't instill confidence. He wasn't transparent with information. He didn't rationalize WHY he was doing certain things. It felt like a cookie cutter sequence of actions devoid of appreciation of our INDIVIDUAL circumstances or our UNIQUE set of issues or problems. Dr. Roseff is not that way. He is detail oriented. He is interested in diagnosing the actual problems and is prescriptive against those issues. He has his opinions, but they are born out of real up-to-date experience with science behind him -- not the first generation antiquated methods that were used 20 years ago.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Start with him immediately. Do not wait. Do not continue with your current doctor. Switch now. I wish we had switched doctors sooner.

I am the husband, so I don't remember everything. I loved his approach with supplements though. We saw actual, tangible results. We saw that we were healing actual problems, with baseline numbers and improvements. Incremental progress towards our goal ... make the eggs and sperm healthy and optimal for retrieval and insemination.

I came from a different clinic where i was just a number. I had 2 retreiveals with little to no information and no clear expectations. After I met with Dr. Roseff, he was able to explain to me things in a way i was able to understand. He treated me like a person and wanted to make sure my body was in the best condition before doing an egg retrieval. I took supplements and started avoiding certan things as recommended. He also talked to us about the male factor, and had my husband in supplements and some lifestyle changes he needed to make. I felt like he was treating me personally and that he knew me. Always with a very positivie attitude and I felt he was as happy as I was when our treatment worked.

I knew he was doing everything to figure out why we were not conceiving so that once treatment was decided it would be the best outcome. And it was! We were blessed with our son. It was because Dr. Roseff did what he does best...[he] preferred eSET but explained especially cause of our particular circumstances why that was best and it would result in better outcomes.
The clinic was good, I was seen during the 2020 pandemic so I probably have a different version of things. They were clean, and helpful. I did like that IVFmd has different branches so I was able to be seen in the other clinics in South Florida, since I live in Miami...I felt like the nursing staff was being shuffled in the time I was treated...so because of that I felt like sometimes I slipped through the cracks and things were missed when I needed instructions/information. They were nice, overall.

I never felt rushed when I spoke to Dr. Roseff, he was straightforward with us about what was happening and what was expected and because of that I trusted him. The only reason I didn't put completely human was because the nurses/staff were sometimes inconsistent (staffing leaving?) and so it felt like I slipped through the cracks sometimes, however, they were nice overall.

Dr. Roseff is a Godsend. I cannot recommend him enough. After seeing two IVF doctors within two different outfits, I found Scott Roseff. These other doctors would have been happy to perform IVF on me, only to watch it fail miserably. I had suffered multiple miscarriages and Dr. Roseff was the only doctor who got to the root of the problem. He ran tests on both my husband and I, that no other doctor thought to run. Dr. Roseff is a wonderful IVF doctor, but if there is a way for you to conceive naturally, he will figure it out. I am currently pregnant with a child that Dr. Roseff helped me conceive naturally.

The nursing staff is the only downfall with the office they lack adequate training and are new. I found an important mistake in my calendar and their response was “oops human error” I addressed with roseff and he addressed the concern...I was given a calendar for transfer that if I had not been through this before would have been detrimental. I was also told at one point to insert crinone (progesterone) Instead of estrogen since estrogen level came back low ...I questioned it before doing it and found mistake

My doctor [Dr. Scott Roseff] does not do the egg retrieval or the transfer procedures but he did call within minutes of our transfer telling me all went well and wishing me luck! Throughout my ultrasound my doctor was almost as excited as me with big smiles and sharing as much information as possible...Very detailed on specific testing and treatment...did so much testing that I truly supported. Some of my family found some unnecessary however I knew I would rather have an extra test or polyp removed to increase my chances rather than be one of the many women who undergo multiple rounds of ivf only to find out (a lot of money and heartache down the road) they have low progesterone or a thyroid problem. Dr. Roseff provided me with individualized care, pinpointed and figured out my individual fertility issues (which other fertility doctors failed to do) and optimized my success to get pregnant, with a combination of cutting edge medicine, personalized nutrition, and acupuncture. I am so thankful to have found him and appreciative of his expertise. He is truly the best and worth the wait to get an appointment.

Toward the end of care the nurse, care coordinator and nursing staff was great. There had been some changes a few times to who they were since I started; the staff kept changing in regards to those positions during my care. My husband and I had been trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant from 2016-2018. In 2018, I suffered an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in the loss of my right fallopian tube. Afterwards, I went through 7 cycles of unsuccessful fertility drugs with another fertility Dr. In 2020, we were referred to Dr. Roseff from two other couples and made an appointment for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Roseff came prepared for our initial consultation with a game plan, which was totally different than my previous Dr. Dr. Roseff doesn’t just push patients straight into IVF instead he takes the time to run the correct diagnosis and approaches fertility in the most natural way possible. Dr. Roseff suggested we see a nutritionist, Marta Montenegro, and an acupuncturist for 3 months to improve my egg quality. At the end of those 3 months, my husband and I were able to conceive naturally! We never thought we were get here naturally and are expecting our miracle baby boy June 2021.

Dr. Roseff had us do bloodwork after our initial consultation. He did a sperm dna analysis on my husband. For me, he discovered I had high cholesterol and low egg quality. He told us to see a Fertility Nutritionist, Marta Montenegro, and an acupuncturist for 90 days and then we would regroup. Marta put me on a range of natural supplements, changed my diet entirely and workout routine. No fertility medications were needed and I was able to conceive naturally 3 months later, with only 1 fallopian tube!

He explained everything in incredible detail and made sure we understood what part we needed to take in getting to where we both needed to be before even considering moving onto anything more invasive.

Dr. Roseff took so much time with us to go over every detail in his findings of our fertility path. We both gained so much insight from Dr. Roseff as to why we weren’t having success on our own with getting pregnant.

I started working with Dr. Marta, a dietician Dr. Roseff highly recommended. She educated me on the proper nutrition for getting my body and eggs to a better place. She knew what supplements I needed or didn’t need. She’s incredibly thorough and caring! I also did 3 months of acupuncture to help get my hormones balanced and egg quality improved.

I originally visited the Miami location of this practice and let's just say I ended up going elsewhere because, to be frank, I felt like a number and that was more stressful. After going elsewhere and having a failed cycle we relocated to Boca and visited with Dr. Roseff and his team. What a complete difference! From the moment my husband and I met with Dr. Roseff, we felt like we were in great hands. His staff was wonderful from the front desk to the nurses' everyone was always warm and pleasant. After unsuccessful IUI’s at a different clinic, we finally saw Dr Roseff. The whole process was very detailed, lots of tests and procedures, as well as meeting with a nutritionist. The attention to detail is the secret of his success. Intralipids, specific vitamins, so many blood tests, uterine biopsies, and an endometrial scratch layer, we got pregnant! Some people want a very quick process, but his motto “do it once, so it right”, really resonated with us. We felt listened to, cared about, and it comforted me to know we were doing everything we could to set us up for success. We can not recommend Dr Roseff enough, we loved our experience and will use him again if need be for our next child.
