My care was 100% personalized and it was evident that Dr. Roseff truly cared about me as a patient and had a vested interest in seeing me succeed...he is incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate....will start you on supplements and/or see his nutritionist on staff as needed before starting an egg retrieval cycle, to maximize your egg health and ensure your body is in a good place initially. He included a growth hormone in the egg retrieval cycle that was expensive and not covered by insurance however can help with positive outcomes. I had 2 genetically normal embryos after my first egg retrieval. I chose to do a 2nd egg retrieval and had 1 genetically normal embryo. I did the 2nd egg retrieval as my egg quality was poor and I wanted to get as many embryos as possible while I still could.
[IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine is an] Awesome group of clinics, with multiple locations. You will spend the majority of your time in the Boca Raton office, however any bigger test or procedure like an egg retrieval or embryo transfer will be done in another one of their offices. It’s seamless to visit other offices and the staff is amazing at each one...They [nurses] are so friendly and can truly answer any question (or will confer with Dr. Roseff on your behalf if needed). They personally d injection training and are so patient with people like me who have no medical background. I truly enjoy seeing them!
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Miami (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr. Roseff is amazing - he is incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate. He is a true expert in fertility and issues women experience, including PCOS (which many doctors don’t seem to understand).
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Miami (Prelude Network clinic)?
Even if there is a seemingly long wait for an appointment, he is worth it! There’s a reason he can be more difficult to get in with than most local fertility doctors. If you try to go to somebody else, you will wish you had just started with him. Once you meet him, you will have full confidence that you are in the right place.

Describe Scott Roseff's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at IVFMD - Miami (Prelude Network clinic).
I appreciated that Dr. Roseff has the confidence to transfer a single embryo and do everything he can up front to help it be successful.
Dr. Roseff is very intelligent and knows what he is talking about...Know that he is very business-focused. He gets started quickly and then he will have the bedside manner later. Don't think he is cold because of this. He isn't at all. He just likes to do the work first, then talk after...I loved the length and depth of the initial consultation. I also loved that he allowed my spouse to come to my ultrasounds with me once we were pregnant.
Strengths [of IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine]: smaller clinic, so they treat you more personally. Weaknesses: sometimes lacking communication. I experienced this more with front desk or nurses than anyone else. I lived closer to Jupiter but my doctor was in Boca Raton. I was able to have some scans done at the Jupiter office, which was helpful since I had to drive an hour to get to Boca Raton
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr. Roseff is very intelligent and knows what he is talking about. I love that he was so knowledgeable and it definitely helped me trust his plan of action more. He is very focused on his assessment initially, then he takes the time to explain what he is doing or what he is seeing. Once you get used to it that he will be straight to business first, you know what to expect. He never made me feel rushed out the door and took his time to explain everything to me in medical terms and again in "normal" terms. I really appreciated how much attention he gave to me while I was there.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and I also had a major vitamin D deficiency. He put me on a large dose of vitamin D and also had me taking iron, a prenatal, a DHA, and Ovasitol to help regulate my cycle. I did this from end of December until May. Then we checked levels and he was happy. We then did one round of letrozole (similar to clomid) and the trigger shot and were were successful!!

After having my bloodwork levels assessed after supplements, I was not called with results or plan of action. It was only after I called at the start of my next period that I was told Dr. Roseff wanted to begin with the letrozole and timed intercourse. I was ok with this plan but I wish I had known before I was in the office so I could prepare myself mentally.
Dr. Roseff actually listens and investigates. He is invested in the individuals and their issues. He doesn't send you down some homogeneous process...He is detail oriented. He is interested in diagnosing the actual problems and is prescriptive against those issues. He has his opinions, but they are born out of real up-to-date experience with science behind him -- not the first generation antiquated methods that were used 20 years ago.
the staff of professionals in the Boca Raton office [of IVFMD South Florida] are top knotch. Courteous, accomodating, polite...Normal IVF costs. The only thing that might be "extra" is the focus on high-grade supplements. WORTH THE MONEY...The only weakness is that they are busy, and schedules can be difficult. The strengths are everything. Courteous, accommodating, compassionate, polite. A+++++ all around. ONE comment I would make ... this is the Boca Raton office. There are some staff who aren't quite the 10/10 superstars that you get in Boca Raton, so just be wary of that. :-)
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
If I had failed with our previous doctor (Not Dr. Roseff), I would've never had closure. I would've never felt we had done everything
we possibly can to achieve our goal. He didn't instill confidence. He wasn't transparent with information. He didn't rationalize
WHY he was doing certain things. It felt like a cookie cutter sequence of actions devoid of appreciation of our INDIVIDUAL circumstances
or our UNIQUE set of issues or problems.
Dr. Roseff is not that way. He is detail oriented. He is interested in diagnosing the actual problems and is prescriptive against those
issues. He has his opinions, but they are born out of real up-to-date experience with science behind him -- not the first generation
antiquated methods that were used 20 years ago.

My comment is, the Doctor really knows what he is doing. Whatever he suggests is what should be followed.
Dr. Roseff was great. Very knowledgable, very transparent, very honest. He was not in a rush to do an egg retrieval as he didnt want to set me up for failure. He took the time to treat me and to bring my body to optimal conditions before doing an egg retrieval. Extremely well communicator with excellent bed side manners...he was able to explain to me things in a way i was able to understand...

During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
I came from a different clinic where i was just a number. I had 2 retreiveals with little to no information and no clear expectations. After I met with Dr. Roseff, he was able to explain to me things in a way i was able to understand. He treated me like a person and wanted to make sure my body was in the best condition before doing an egg retrieval. I took supplements and started avoiding certan things as recommended. He also talked to us about the male factor, and had my husband in supplements and some lifestyle changes he needed to make. I felt like he was treating me personally and that he knew me. Always with a very positivie attitude and I felt he was as happy as I was when our treatment worked.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic).
Dr. Roseff was honest and kept it real but at the same time was compassionate. I knew he was doing everything to figure out why we were not conceiving so that once treatment was decided it would be the best outcome. And it was! We were blessed with our son. It was because Dr. Roseff did what he does best...[he] preferred eSET but explained especially cause of our particular circumstances why that was best and it would result in better outcomes.
The clinic was good, I was seen during the 2020 pandemic so I probably have a different version of things. They were clean, and helpful. I did like that IVFmd has different branches so I was able to be seen in the other clinics in South Florida, since I live in Miami...I felt like the nursing staff was being shuffled in the time I was treated...so because of that I felt like sometimes I slipped through the cracks and things were missed when I needed instructions/information. They were nice, overall.

I never felt rushed when I spoke to Dr. Roseff, he was straightforward with us about what was happening and what was expected and because of that I trusted him. The only reason I didn't put completely human was because the nurses/staff were sometimes inconsistent (staffing leaving?) and so it felt like I slipped through the cracks sometimes, however, they were nice overall.

It didn’t work the first, second, third etc time but 5th time it did. He never once lost hope for us...is extremely intelligent and is very thorough with testing...Single embryo transfer did not work for me I got pregnant when we transferred 2
I saw Marta the nutritionist [at IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] whom addressed all of my bloodwork issues. The nursing staff is the only downfall with the office they lack adequate training and are new. I found an important mistake in my calendar and their response was “oops human error” I addressed with roseff and he addressed the concern...I was given a calendar for transfer that if I had not been through this before would have been detrimental. I was also told at one point to insert crinone (progesterone) Instead of estrogen since estrogen level came back low ...I questioned it before doing it and found mistake

My doctor [Dr. Scott Roseff] does not do the egg retrieval or the transfer procedures but he did call within minutes of our transfer telling me all went well and wishing me luck! Throughout my ultrasound my doctor was almost as excited as me with big smiles and sharing as much information as possible...Very detailed on specific testing and treatment...did so much testing that I truly supported. Some of my family found some unnecessary however I knew I would rather have an extra test or polyp removed to increase my chances rather than be one of the many women who undergo multiple rounds of ivf only to find out (a lot of money and heartache down the road) they have low progesterone or a thyroid problem. Very impressed with how detailed his approach his.
[The nurses at IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine are] Very quick to respond however they give me a due date that was a month early. They also mixed up an option on my paperwork once... that ended up being irrelevant thankfully... The front desk is very knowledgeable and kind. Turns out my embryo was very strong so the selection they missed did not end up being a factor. with the evolution of science, it is not necessary to take the risk of a high risk pregnancy (multiple babies) to increase conception success. we know better now.
Dr. Roseff explained his findings and recommendations in everyday language to make to sure the information was understandable...impressively knowledgeable and through in their screenings and overall care...Oral estradiol and patches, Inject-able progesterone and vaginal compound inserts, baby aspirin...current on fertility education and most recent studies, using that information in their recommendations and treatment plans.

Toward the end of care the nurse, care coordinator and nursing staff was great. What specific things went wrong at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
Dr. Roseff doesn’t just push patients straight into IVF instead he takes the time to run the correct diagnosis and approaches fertility in the most natural way possible...He had already reviewed our file beforehand and came prepared with a game plan. [he] made sure to ask several times along the way if we had any questions or needed him to explain more. He is very professional yet has a great bedside manner!
Out of pocket expenses [at IVFMD South Florida] were close to $1500 for bloodwork. We spent roughly another $1000 for supplements and acupuncture...Very professional staff and Dr. We handled a few of our consultations via zoom with no issues. When I did go to the office, they were very safe and clean because of Covid. We drove from Jupiter to Boca because this clinic, staff and Dr are worth it!
How was your experience with Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?
My husband and I had been trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant from 2016-2018. In 2018, I suffered an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in the loss of my right fallopian tube. Afterwards, I went through 7 cycles of unsuccessful fertility drugs with another fertility Dr.
In 2020, we were referred to Dr. Roseff from two other couples and made an appointment for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Roseff came prepared for our initial consultation with a game plan, which was totally different than my previous Dr. Dr. Roseff doesn’t just push patients straight into IVF instead he takes the time to run the correct diagnosis and approaches fertility in the most natural way possible. Dr. Roseff suggested we see a nutritionist, Marta Montenegro, and an acupuncturist for 3 months to improve my egg quality. At the end of those 3 months, my husband and I were able to conceive naturally! We never thought we were get here naturally and are expecting our miracle baby boy June 2021.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Scott Roseff at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic)?

Describe the protocols Scott Roseff used in your cycles at IVFMD - Cooper City (Prelude Network clinic) and their degree of success.
Dr. Roseff had us do bloodwork after our initial consultation. He did a sperm dna analysis on my husband. For me, he discovered I had high cholesterol and low egg quality. He told us to see a Fertility Nutritionist, Marta Montenegro, and an acupuncturist for 90 days and then we would regroup. Marta put me on a range of natural supplements, changed my diet entirely and workout routine. No fertility medications were needed and I was able to conceive naturally 3 months later, with only 1 fallopian tube!

Dr. Scott Roseff was the most thorough doctor I’ve ever met. He went through every detail of our health information and explained all the hindering factors and how we were going to try to correct them. He took a very conservative approach to getting us on the right track for success...Dr. Roseff took so much time with us to go over every detail in his findings of our fertility path. We both gained so much insight from Dr. Roseff as to why we weren’t having success on our own with getting pregnant.
Very clean clinic [IVFMD South FL Institute for RM], never had to wait long, fairy organized for the most part. Never too crowded were good with scheduling. Weakness would be communication at times felt lacking during Covid times. Overall very positive experience...educated me on the proper nutrition for getting my body and eggs to a better place. She knew what supplements I needed or didn’t need

I started working with Dr. Marta, a dietician Dr. Roseff highly recommended. She educated me on the proper nutrition for getting my body and eggs to a better place. Doctor Scott Roseff was the most compassionate, knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. He knew exactly what to look for and test and exactly how to treat our infertility without treatment me like a number...the first time we did IVF in 2018, I was nervous and terrified I’d lose the baby or it not even work. Going back to Dr. Roseff my second time I was completely calm

[Dr. Scott Roseff] was very personable and took the time to explain everything. He answered all of our questions and explained if we didn't understand. We never felt rushed and always felt like he wanted the best possible outcome the first time around...I can't say that the other location's staff and doctors were as warm as Dr. Roseff...From the moment my husband and I met with Dr. Roseff, we felt like we were in great hands.
Both Kristi and Jordan [nurses at IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] were truly wonderful. Whenever I would call or email a question they would get back to me right away...I originally visited the Miami location of this practice and let's just say I ended up going elsewhere because, to be frank, I felt like a number and that was more stressful. After going elsewhere and having a failed cycle we relocated to Boca and visited with Dr. Roseff and his team. What a complete difference! From the moment my husband and I met with Dr. Roseff, we felt like we were in great hands. His staff was wonderful from the front desk to the nurses' everyone was always warm and pleasant. Just the kind of energy you want around when you are trying to create life. And our feelings were right because we are expecting our first child this summer. Thanks to Dr. Roseff and his team the first time around!

They were great the only thing I would change is that any procedures such as egg retrieval or embryo transfer were done at a different location. I can't say that the other location's staff and doctors were as warm as Dr. Roseff and his team. However, I am pregnant so they did get that part right!
After unsuccessful IUI’s at a different clinic, we finally saw Dr Roseff. The whole process was very detailed, lots of tests and procedures, as well as meeting with a nutritionist. The attention to detail is the secret of his success. Intralipids, specific vitamins, so many blood tests, uterine biopsies, and an endometrial scratch layer, we got pregnant! Some people want a very quick process, but his motto “do it once, so it right”, really resonated with us. We felt listened to, cared about, and it comforted me to know we were doing everything we could to set us up for success. We can not recommend Dr Roseff enough, we loved our experience and will use him again if need be for our next child.
Great clinic [IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine], but they are busy. You need to be on top of your appointments. The wait list is about three months. I did not deal with their insurance division because we paid out of pocket. Everything seemed fair price wise...We had a 10/10 experience with Dr Roseff and staff. Dr Roseff is the most caring and thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He is warm but honest. He under promises and over performs. He always made me feel hopeful even when things didn’t go exactly as planned...We used ICSI due to a need from my husband’s sperm. After our first cycle resulted in a miscarriage I had a D&C. Which resulted in me having to have two hysteroscopies. Once my uterus was clear, we did another FET cycle and I am now 5 months pregnant

He [Dr. Scott Roseff] is very knowledgable and takes time to answer all your questions. When I had my miscarriage, he sat with me for over an hour, making calls to find the right doctor to do my D&C...is hands down the best doctor I've had. He is very patient, thorough and sincere throughout my entire experience. I first went to see Dr. Roseff when I was 25 years old when I was having problems with my menstrual cycle and was scared I wouldn't be able to get pregnant. Dr. Roseff ordered thorough blood word and automatically knew the reasoning.
The clinic [IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] is clean and they have the best and up-to-date technology. The have several patient rooms. I recommend this clinic 100%! Everyone is so kind and compassionate. No patient would be disappointed! No weaknesses at all!...the staff is amazing!...IVF coordinator, Kristi, is so kind and compassionate. She answers your calls and responds to emails right away. Thank you guys for everything!

Dr. Roseff took his time to understand me as a patient. We conceived naturally and he was there every step of the way until discharge making sure the pregnancy was healthy and viable. He is experienced and conservative in his approach. I felt like I was in competent, professional and caring hands throughout the whole experience...would be booked for three weeks in a row...truly cared about each individual patient. He took his time throughout all the visits and had my best interests at heart.
I ensured all labs [from IVFMD South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine] were sent to a lab in my network as opposed to their specialty lab so I did not have to pay out of pocket...The clinic runs smoothly and I never had to wait long for an appointment. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. A weakness would be accommodating re scheduling appointments since the doctor would be booked for three weeks in a row...She [nurse] was confident and reassuring.
