Shelby was very compassionate and hopeful each cycle that we would be successful. She always was available to talk about any of the test results we had, explained procedures thoroughly, spent an hour with us on a phone consultation during the COVID crisis to discuss our next treatment plan. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows...Shelby increased my Femara when we did not get the optimal amount of good sized eggs for treatment
Wonderful staff [at Duke Fertility Center], very knowledgeable, very compassionate, clean bright office. Each member of the staff is warm an inviting. Some of the staff members have even gone through fertility treatments and are very encouraging and open to share their stories...All of the nursing staff is excellent, they are very thorough in their explanations of things, they are quick to reply to messages and always very encouraging with sub optimal results.

Shelby increased my Femara when we did not get the optimal amount of good sized eggs for treatment. She went over the results of each semen analysis and how they got to the numbers they did. She talked us through each step of the IVF process.

All of the nursing staff is excellent, they are very thorough in their explanations of things, they are quick to reply to messages and always very encouraging with sub optimal results.
