Dr Bhatt did suggest moving forward with an IUI since that is the next logical step to help with male factor infertility. When I asked her about me trying a medicated cycle, she was honest and said that would not be a good fit for me and explained why. She suggested we continue working with my husband’s urologist and reach out when we are ready to try IUI...took the time to hear my medical history and she responded to all my questions openly and honestly.
[Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility] was very streamlined with their communication process. They were very inclusive to LGBTQ couples. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. The clinic was clean and felt a little more upscale than a typical drs office...I loved the nustsing staff!! They made me feel like my case mattered to them and approached everything with kindness and compassion. The communication was so great, I loved being able to text my nurse directly with any questions. It truly made me feel less alone on this journey.

She [Dr.was excited to sit down with a review our 2 yr journey. She was very compassionate about our journey and wanted to make sure nothing was missed. She was real with us and honest. I wasn’t a number to her. ... We agreed to redo a few tests and she her on day 2 of my next cycle. ... She was never in a rush to leave us, wanted to cover all our questions before we finished our appt. We were treated with kindness the whole time.
Strength [of Reproductive Gynecology], they have multiple locations along with great hours which makes it very easy to get into the office on the correct day of your cycle. Weakness, they have to physically bring your chart from one location to the next. The office is not completely digital yet, there for sometimes they don’t have your chart on you if you need and appt on the day you call in.

After 2 solid years of treatment with no success, we wanted to take a break to breath and reconsult. Our current Fertility doctor retired, so we schedule a consultant appt with the new doctor. She spent and hour with us going through our journey together. She gave us her personally one on one time and discussed all opinions. She was never in a rush to leave us, wanted to cover all our questions before we finished our appt. We were treated with kindness the whole time.
