I think the entire team of doctors and nurses [at South Jersey Fertility Center] are wonderful. There was comfort from day one and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Infertility is a challenging thing to go through, but they made the process less stressful for us...The nursing staff was amazing. Any time I left a message they would get back to me very quickly. Our first donor had a genetic issue and I needed to be tested. The nurses helped coordinate that test with an outside genetic testing facility. We were unable to use this donor and were able to select another one. The nurses helped coordinate everything. They were very compassionate and I felt comfortable with everyone.

Dr. Sawin and all of the other doctors at South Jersey Fertility in Egg Harbor Township were extremely caring, compassionate, educated and motivated to help your family...Truly kind and caring people [nurses],...invested in your process to achieve a pregnancy. They were always willing to answer any questions at all along the way and were extremely supportive during all steps of the process. When you're already dealing with enough stress of the treatment process, it really makes a huge difference to have a nursing staff that is so present and caring of your case...kept the office running on schedule, which is extremely important with the frequency of appointments required.

The front desk [South Jersey Fertility Ctr] is the first impression for any practice. There is one staff member in particular that is very unpleasant and does not give you a warm and fuzzy feeling when you walk in. However, the rest of the front desk staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. This is just one individual but they are the first impression to some, and it's not a great one. The practice is otherwise efficient, clean, and has a great team of people that work well together to ensure you have everything you need.

It’s very easy to get an appointment. They [South Jersey Ctr] have multiple locations, 2 of which are close to me. They have good appointment times and they even have appointments on the weekends. The nurses always call back the same day if I call and leave a message or if I’m waiting for test results...The nursing staff at south jersey fertility is amazing! They’re all so sweet and nice. They took good care of me and made me feel comfortable.

The billing department [at South Jersey Fertility Center] checks with your insurance to see what is covered and sends you a detailed description in the mail...They are really professional and have great personalities. They make you feel as though you’re part of a family while going through this process. I love how it’s a one stop shop there. Being able to get bloodwork and ultrasounds at the same place was very convenient.

The weakness [at South Jersey Fertility Center] for me would be the transfer clinic which always felt disorganized and chaotic. I never left an egg retrieval or transfer feeling calmed but more so anxious and felt like this was always the downfall in my care.... He [Dr. Stephen Saawin] only has office hours in the Sewell location once a week. Come prepared with all questions you would like answered and do some of your own research.

They [South Jersey Fertility Center] move through patients quickly during appointments, so it is helpful when visiting the office frequently. Weaknesses: everything related to billing and paperwork. They misfile bills with insurance, they bill nearly a year after the fact in some cases. They are not proactive with paperwork - some of this coming months after it should have been requested.

We did not have a good experience at this office. The staff [South Jersey Fertility Center] was extremely unprofessional. When I was trying to coordinate my appointments around working Mon-Fri 9-5 I was told “if you can’t do these days we can just wait for the next cycle”... I opted to have my genetics tested and pay out of pocket to do so, labs were suppose to be drawn with day 3 labs. I was told they would take about a month to come in, so I followed up a month later only to find out they were never collected or sent.

[nurses at South Jersey Fertility Center are] Very professional but at the same time very caring and compassionate...Strength is the availablity to see a doctor and make an appointment fairly quickly. It is also great they have so many locations throughout the state, so even when I’m on vacation at the beach I can still go to the doctor during a cycle because there is an office nearby. Weakness would be sometimes there is a long wait in the waiting room if previous appointments run long.

The clinic [South Jersey Fertility Center] has great hours, they are flexible as well. Only downfall would be I preferred the Burlington location which has limited hours but again at their other locations theres plenty of availability. They also informed me of costs up front so there were no hidden surprises...The nursing staff is knowledgeable and caring. They always made me feel like i was in great hands.

I've been happy with [South Jersey Fertility Center] since Day 1. I think they could explain donor egg cycle costs a little better with respect to gaps in insurance coverage after pre-authorization. They are easy to deal with. They are affiliated with a few different OB/GYN offices in the area (Regional Women's Health Group, Garden State OB/GYN)...we're still in the process of the donor egg cycle. Prior to beginning the cycle, we did a salpingectomy to remove a blocked fallopian tube.

He [Dr Stephen Sawin] is very caring and patient but also is very honest. I like that....Again, Feel he is very thorough. Lets you know all options and risks and gives his medical advice, but supports your decision. He is very smart and very kind...co pay under my insurance...[South Jersey Fertility Center] is friendly, warm and clean and very close to me.
