Dr. Kim was great and thorough, very kind and showed support for what we wanted to do. She explained the risks, and what would happen if something didn't go as planned. She let us ask questions and didn't try to rush us through our appointment...Go into the appointment confident that your questions will be answered.
The Edina location was always warm and inviting, I felt more comfortable going there each time. The Woodbury front office team seemed a bit less friendly and I didn't feel as welcomed- they didn't have the 'friendly face' vibe that front offices usually have...[the RM&IA nurses] were all very kind, competent and compassionate with us at each step. It did seem that there was an assumption that I knew all the steps to what would happen next so unless I asked, thinks would love on pretty quickly.
