How was your experience with Taryn McEvoy at Oakdale Obstetrics & Gynecology (closed)?
She was king, empathetic but also straight to the point. I preferred her honest and upfront approach. She was able to answer all of our questions and kept it about the science, which I appreciated. All of our tests and results were reviewed together. When I asked for specific tests or had additional questions outside the normal protocol she answered them and made every effort to ensure we understood everything we were doing. She advocated for me within the clinic and helped secure proper appointments and attention for my case.

Describe the protocols Taryn McEvoy used in your cycles at Oakdale Obstetrics & Gynecology (closed) and their degree of success.
I have a confirmed diagnosis of endometriosis Stage 3 and had surgery in January about 5 months before working with Dr. McEvoy. She continued a few more medicated cycles and upped my metformin dosage to the max as I was able to handle it. She also switched from clomid to letrozole as I have a boarderline case of PCOS. She actively reviewed all of my ultrasounds and helped determine when we should trigger and do the IUIs. She placed me on estradiol when my numbers were low and had me on progesterone suppositories during the two week wait.

This is not primarily a fertility clinic. This is an ObGyn clinic that has specifically designated Dr. McEvoy as their fertility specialist and provided a discounted rate for monitoring and services for those who's insurance does not cover fertility treatments.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Taryn McEvoy at Oakdale Obstetrics & Gynecology (closed).
Starting a fertility cycle without insurance was a $595 flat fee. This included any labs, testing (not semen analysis just female testing), unlimited ultrasound monitoring and doctors visits. If there was any money left over it was applied to my account. The IUI was $471 and included semen collection, washing and prep of semen, and the IUI procedure. We found this very affordable compared to other clinic offerings.
