she was caring, compassionate, thorough, very responsive. I saw her at multiple appointments instead of seeing just nurses or other medical professionals. She would call me personally with updates which I found unbelievable, and very supported and taken care of as a patient.

In our consultation, she went over her response to my previous failed cycle at another clinic. That helped me understand more about what could have been improved and what she’ll do differently. Then we discussed in detail what tests to run so that we could be conclusive about the next cycle and improve chances of success. I felt good about doing the tests so we’re not just throwing pasta against a wall. She also recommend some optional supplements. I ended up getting pregnant naturally throughout this period of testing and supplementing.

Dr. Zore is the reason we switched fertility clinics to Spring. After our first meeting with her I felt seen and like I was going to be treated as a person not just a number. She listened to our concerns and desires and laid out a plan that she felt was reasonable and would give us either the best shot at getting to our goal or at least provide us with more information. We were very fortunate to have such a great retrieval cycle that yielded above expected eggs of good quality. Although our first transfer cycle wasn't successful, Dr. Zore made herself available to answer all of my questions as well as provide all options that we could explore, providing me both her opinion but also the freedom to accept or decline things. Where she felt it was imperative I do something, she would tell me. I feel a strong partnership with Dr. Zore.

Ask a lot of questions, come prepared with a list, but leverage the time you have with her. She's incredibly knowledgable, make sure you take advantage of that. Most doctors won't go down different paths unless you ask for it... ASK!

Had a very positive response to the protocol that Dr. Zore used. Some combinations of Clomid primer, Gonal, Menopur, Cetrotide, and Pregnyl trigger. We had a baseline AFC of 8 and ended up collecting 19 eggs, 14 which were mature to fertilize. Ultimately 10 embryos made it to freeze and biopsy for PGT testing

We were originally quoted and billed for a 3 cycle package, our first retrieval was more successful than expected so billing credited us back the difference of only charging us for 1 retrieval. We ended up spending about 24k for the retrieval cycle and then another 4500 or so for transfer.

We elected to do allow Spring to determine our best euploid embryo to transfer

Temeka Zore was an absolutely incredible doctor. I felt so taken care of by her & her team, and every step of the way knew what to expect. She was flexible with my traveling and work schedule and helped ease any concerns I had going into the procedure.

Ask as many questions as you can! She is great at answering them and no question is too insignificant to ask.

Amazing interactions - she made me feel completely comfortable with the procedure, answered questions, and did not ever rush me. She also personalized the process for me and took into account all special circumstances.

Be prepared with all questions you want to ask and make sure you take advantage of consultation to understand the process thoroughly.

She told me to stop hormonal medications / birth control and wait 4-6 weeks before beginning egg freezing process to increase follicle count and get better results. Was talking to friends, and other doctors aren’t even taking this into account

She was knowledgable, professional and honest. She had a good bedside manner. She also adjusted treatment for better results the second time. She had let us know we might need two cycles in the initial consult.

Research and bring any questions. Ask as many questions as you can. Ask for details. Advocate for yourself and ask for alternative treatment the second round of it doesn’t work in your favour the first.

If you’re going to use Spring, I highly recommend Dr Zore. She answered all my questions, has good bedside manner and her team is very responsive. Treatment was on the conservative side as my medications were lowered through the treatment cycle but still had good results

Treatment protocol was more conservative - started at 200 Gonal F and 150 menopur. Dosage was decreased throughout cycle to 75/75 towards the end, and had trigger shot on day 10 with lowest trigger shot dosage. Results were still good (12 follicles at baseline, 13 mature eggs retrieved).
