Dr. Molinaro was very knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my needs and concerns. I just wish I could have seen and talked to him more often during my treatment as a patient there. I only saw him once for a consult, then he did my IUI once, and I saw him one final time when I made an appointment to discuss next steps when IUI treatments were failing.
[RMA of New Jersey is] Organized and efficient, but very busy. Get there early for morning monitoring if you have work or somewhere else to be early in the morning, as the wait can get very long even if you get there 30 minutes prior to the start of monitoring hours...Testing was always quick and I usually felt rushed...[nursing staff] were very knowledgeable, but again, seemed rushed.

Success w/ Doc Too early to know
He [Dr. Molinaro] is very candid and to the point. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He was very direct with schedules and what steps were going to involved through the cycle. Dr. M also brought an objective, fresh perspective to our case and did not push us to hard in any particular direction. He wanted us to decide what is best for our own situation.... We did IVF with a more aggressive dosing strategy. As our 5th round, Dr. M was a bit more forward with his approach.
The facilities [RMA of New Jersey] were nice, clean, and had good locations throughout the state of NJ. No weaknesses that I can think of. The clinical areas were clean and organized. The waiting room/reception areas were comfortable and relaxing as well. The reception staff was organized and efficient.... Nursing staff was good and professional.... [Cost Of Treatment] $18K for the round of IVF... We did IVF with a more aggressive dosing strategy.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Molinaro. He ALWAYS showed awesome bedside matter and when emailing him with a question, he would always respond within the day. He is very attentive with his patients and I truly felt how much he cared and how much he wanted to us to reach our goal of becoming pregnant.... Dr. Molinaro always took his time with my husband and I. If we had questions during our appointment, he would let us ask all the questions we needed to ask in order to make sure we understood everything that was going to happen.
All in all RMANJ was amazing to work with. The only issue that I did have sometimes was when my nurse had the day off, I sometimes wouldn't receive a call with results which caused me to email Dr. Molinaro myself to find out the results.... I have PCOS so I overstimulate easily, Dr. Molinaro [at RMA of New Jersey] always monitored me closely and would adjust my dosage accordingly because of my situation. Dr. Molinaro had suggested that after several IUI's that never resulting pregnancies that I should try IVF. He said that it would be easier to control for me (IUI's are risky for multiples, especially with my tendency to overstimulate). I was afraid to do it, I also did not have the funds for it and he never pressured me. I would suggest we try another IUI and he would say ok. I finally did the IVF and had twins.

He [Dr. Molinaro] will go out of his way to make sure he returns my calls & answers all of my questions - even if theyre insane!... I have Only been going here for a few months, but so far I have all great things to say! The staff is friendly, the clinic itself is super clean, and I always leave with my questions answered. I am hoping to start injectables VERY soon - we have one little set back that we need to get through first.
Like I said, the staff [RMA of New Jersey] is amazing and Dr. Molinaro is just as great. This whole process is stressful but they help to make it flow as easily as possible. Dr Mollinaro is so full of positive vibes that itself encourages you to take the path of fertility treatment. I had hypothyroid and blocked tubes hence i was suggested straight IVF. With Covid and vaccines my thyroid levels kept fluctuating then i had high A1C. But i was happy that Dr Mollinaro is keep a check on my health from all perspectives. Finally after few months my thyroid and A1c came under control and we went for our first IVF cycle. I got 4 embryos and 1 of them was transferred 2 months later. Finally 8 week preggo...
Nurse Jessica [at RMA of New Jersey] was really good. very compassionate and very polite. Full of positive energy...super responsive and very sweet...RMA already does a great job...paid around 10000 as i did PGT testing and ICSI which wasnt covered in the insurance. I also had a 20 percent Copay in my insurance hence that cost was included too....

Dr Mollinaro first checked my Thyroid level as i have hypothyroid and also my A1c both were on higher end. he refered me to a Endocrinologist to get these levels under control first. I lost around 20 pounds while i worked on getting these levels down. then we finally did the IVF cycle. That started alternate day monitoring. we got 14-15 eggs 7 fertilized and 4 went to final stage. then we did the PGT screen and all 4 embryos were good quality. we transfered embryo 2 months after keeping it frozen. and Bingo it stuck and now 8 weeks pregnant

Dr. Molinaro took a lot of time to talk with us and explained everything that we would be facing. He was the most honest & compassionate dr I have every dealt with. When things didn’t go well and we miscarried he sat with us, giving us comfort and support. He called us a few days later to check on us and then again after my d&c...I was diagnosed with a diminishing egg reserve & my husband male factor issues. [He] had given us both a plans
[RMA of New Jersey] Being such a large practice sometimes there was miscommunications based on times or locations of appts But nothing ever critical to our care...My personal nurse was very compassionate. Describe the protocols Thomas Molinaro used in your cycles at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey and their degree of success.
I was diagnosed with a diminishing egg reserve & my husband male factor issues. Dr Molinaro had given us both a plans. He knew that the medicine levels I previously had was too low for my AMH level, so he tripled the dosage to help get more eggs. In the end this did not help and the cycle was converted to an IUI, resulting in no pregnancy. The next round we took a different approach by instead of getting more eggs we were going to make sure the eggs that I did grew were the best. This cycle did have a positive result but after 8 weeks I miscarried. In regards to my husband, Dr Molinaro ran tests and recommended him to a Fertility Urologist who found that he had a varicocele. He had Tese sperm aspiration, which is frozen for our next cycles.

Dr. Molinaro is kind, compassionate, an expert in this field and one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have encountered in my complicated fertility journey. Every step along the way he educated me on the “why” but also made sure my husband and I were wholeheartedly bought in to the treatment plan...He does a tremendous job at putting you at ease and helping make sense of the chaos that fertility treatments can bring....
RMA [NJ] utilizes evidence based practice which I believe is their greatest strength. At the same time; they customize and tailor each person’s treatment plan accordingly. They are incredibly efficient- I have never had to wait a terribly long time compared to other doctor’s offices and they are prompt in getting you results. I have nothing but positive things to say about RMA (being a healthcare executive and previously a treating clinician)....
How was your experience with Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?
Dr. Molinaro is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had to work with. After switching fertility clinics and being taken under his care, my husband and I knew instantly that we made the right choice. Dr. Molinaro is kind, compassionate, an expert in this field and one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have encountered in my complicated fertility journey. Every step along the way he educated me on the “why” but also made sure my husband and I were wholeheartedly bought in to the treatment plan. I have encountered more doctors than I could count but Dr. Molinaro is what every healthcare professional should be like. We are forever grateful to have had/still have him in our corner cheering us through our pregnancy.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?

Dr. Molinaro and the entire team at RMA go above and beyond to ensure you feel cared for in the most efficient and compassionate way. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for someone to respond to a message I left or an email I wrote.
Describe the protocols Thomas Molinaro used in your cycles at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey and their degree of success.
I came to Dr. Molinaro after suffering a 20 week loss. Since the start of IVF treatments I struggled with a thin uterine lining. Dr. Molinaro discussed the various approaches we could use to thicken my lining for embryo transfer. We first started with the least invasive approach of taking estrace pills orally then progressing to vaginally. When that didn’t work, we transitioned to delestrogen injections. My embryo successfully implanted but sadly miscarried due to an SCH. My 2nd and 3rd transfers we tried delestrogen for one and a lightly stimulated cycle for the other. My lining at best only got to about 6-6.5mm. We took a break after two chemical pregnancies and Dr. Molinaro recommended a “kitchen sink” protocol. Since none of my tests showed anything specifically and my PCOS diagnosis didn’t necessarily indicate blood sugar issues… He recommended I attempt a gluten/dairy free diet in addition to changing up my prenatal to one that had methylated folate. We also did metformin, Benadryl and lovenox. I am currently 10w2d and had a private scan last week and everything is progressing accordingly.
Describe your experience with your nurse at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey. (Assigned nurse: Jessica Orne)
Jessica was there for me every step of the way throughout my journey. Through my losses and through the celebrations. I will be forever grateful for her. She was always prompt, thorough, consistent but overall so kind and caring.

Describe the costs associated with your care under Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey.
They utilized my fertility benefit from my insurance (which wasn’t much) and we paid out of pocket for the rest but I believe it was fairly priced and I got what I paid for.

Dr. Molinaro was incredible with my unique treatment. He was upfront with me on how long it could take and kept me positive and explained each step to me. He always was so kind and a smart well educated fertility doctor...he changed the medications and I had better success the second time. After a failed attempt to transfer he came up with a strategy to do a mock round and help my body produces the estrogen to help thicken the lining and it was successful and we went for the transfer she had a successful pod pregnancy. He again was so patient and smart with my treatment as he is clearly a seasoned fertility doctor...
Erin [nurse at RMA of New Jersey] was absolutely incredible with me. I have high anxiety and she helped me stay calm and answered every question silly or not. She kept me going and was so amazing...The clinic was outstanding I would recommend RMA to anyone going through fertility struggles. The clinic was outstanding I would recommend RMA to anyone going through fertility struggles. Wait times on certain days were long but it wasn’t awful. Sometimes calling about a low review about the wait was unnecessary and if you were waiting for an important phone call waiting until the nurse called with the news first then calling about whatever else. You see the RMA phone number and can get overwhelmed when it’s not your nurse with news. Overall it was a 10/10 experience for me and my partner

Most of the time it was fine once or twice it was very long wait times bc it was a busier day

Dr. Molinaro always took the time to ask how I was doing and answer any questions I had during morning monitoring even though I was aware of the full waiting room outside...always had time for me. How was your experience with Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?
Dr. Molinaro took the time to get to know my husband and I and our current situation. This allowed him to be extra compassionate when talking about certain topics and he truly understood where some fear and anxiety came from. I also loved that when I would come for an ultrasound and needed more days for egg retrieval or was being watched he let me know every single thing he was thinking and why. This created ultimate trust.

Dr Molinaro wanted us to go straight to IVF vs other fertility methods even though insurance wanted us to do lesser before greater. Knowing that he would advocate for us meant the world to me. My problem was not getting pregnant but struggling to produce a healthy embryo. He gave advice on how to do exactly that. He also let me know that he could not guarantee that if I tried again naturally I might be just fine. He was not pushing me toward any treatment but leaving options open for me to make an educated decision with guidance. This is why I chose him. I ended up needing a hysteroscopy/D&C again which Dr. molinaro set-up to make sure I was even ready for IVF in the first place. I then went through egg retrieval and embryo transfer.

I am beyond grateful for Jessica. I always felt so taken care of.

Dr M [Dr. Molinaro] took the time to meet with us, explain our options, provide recommendations, and created a step by step plan...It was so nice to have access to the RMA team via their app -- our answers were answered within 24 hours every time! More importantly, the treatment plan was thorough. There are many visits to the office that are involved in the treatment plan - bloodwork and ultrasounds, for example - and RMA updated you with your results each time...
The staff [at RMA of New Jersey] was extremely nice and the phlebotomist were very good at drawing blood...The clinic is super responsive, clean, and nice. Their main office in Basking Ridge is where you will go for the egg retrieval and transfer, and this is a state-of-the-art beautiful facility...Kira [nurse] was a valuable asset during this process! She answered all calls, returned all voicemails, and responded *quickly* to our questions in the app...
How was your experience with Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?
If there is one word I would use to describe Dr Molinaro it would be ... thorough . My husband and I found Dr M after a negative experience with another doctor. Dr M was everything we were hoping for. He took the time to meet with us in office, explain all treatment options, the pros/cons of each, and provided a proposed plan. We decided to move forward with IVF and had great success. It was so nice to have access to the RMA team via their app -- our answers were answered within 24 hours every time! More importantly, the treatment plan was thorough. There are many visits to the office that are involved in the treatment plan - bloodwork and ultrasounds, for example - and RMA updated you with your results each time. I am sad to leave the RMA but I am forever thankful for this team!

The staff was extremely nice and the phlebotomist were very good at drawing blood. This is important because you are there so often! The clinic is super responsive, clean, and nice. Their main office in Basking Ridge is where you will go for the egg retrieval and transfer, and this is a state-of-the-art beautiful facility.
Describe Thomas Molinaro's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey.
Because this was our first round of IVF, Dr M suggested a single embryo transfer. I also had a medical condition that would put my risk at a higher level with twins.

How was your experience with Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?
My fiancé and I went to dr. Molinaro a year after failing to conceive. From the first appointment, his entire team was extremely gentle and kind. We quickly learned I had endometriosis causing damage to my tubes, making natural conception very difficult and dangerous (ivf was the only recommended course of treatment). I gave the team a timeline I wanted to follow which would allow me to give birth prior to starting my PhD program and to my surprise, the team did everything they could to modify our treatments accordingly (ie did a round of ivf while waiting to undergo surgery, did a second round immediately upon recovery, etc.) Dr. Molinaro and his team heard every one of my concerns and always approached me with patience, hopefulness and realism. However, above all, he took my mental health very serious and did not dismiss ANY of the frantic emotions that came with my mental health. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Molinaro as he is the single best doctor to ever treat me.
What's one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?
Be open and honest with every fear and concern because this is a stressful journey and he will take your concerns seriously and never make you feel bad for your worries.
During treatment, were you treated like a number or a human with Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey?
Dr. Molinaro made me feel as though I was the only patient in his care. He would call me personally with difficult news, he pulled some strings with a contact in another state to get me a procedure while I was traveling, and he emailed me personally the day of transfer and after we were discharged 6 weeks into the pregnancy.
Describe the protocols Thomas Molinaro used in your cycles at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey and their degree of success.
We started with a round of egg retrieval while waiting for surgery. Surgery was to confirm the suspicion of endometriosis and to understand the extend of damage. A second round of egg retrieval occurred upon recovery. Everything was done based on my natural cycle per the recommendation of his nurse that was in contact with me regularly. This allowed me to avoid drugs that would contribute to my anxiety.
Describe your experience with your nurse at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey. (Assigned nurse: Katja)
Katja was simply amazing. I couldn’t have gone through this experience without her guidance.
Describe your experience with RMA of Marlton, New Jersey.
Strengths: doctor/nurse/patient care. Weakness: the financial advisor assigned to us didn’t really go over much and told us to “look at the packet” when we had questions about ivf finances. Thankfully my insurance was great and caused zero headaches.
Describe the costs associated with your care under Thomas Molinaro at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey.
Ivf was covered under my insurance. We paid a total of $30 for retrieval but genetic testing of the embryos was an out of pocket cost for a couple thousand.
Describe Thomas Molinaro's approach to eSET (elective single embryo transfer) vs. multiple embryo transfer at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey.
None. My uterus always presented as perfectly healthy that I wasn’t willing to risk multiple babies

Dr. Molinaro always treated me as if I was his only patient and his only concern while caring for me...Going in to see Dr. Molinaro I knew that my egg quality had diminished...Dr. Molinaro wanted to try retrieval with my own eggs so we did two retrievals and got two genetically tested embryos. Both were ok quality and we transferred one at a time both with negative results. After the second failed transfer Dr. Molinaro called and said my best chances for a pregnancy would be to use donor eggs...
The staff [at RMA of NJ] as well as the Eatontown facility are amazing. The clinic is always clean and the staff is always kind, friendly and so helpful. For new patients i suggest you use the portal as all of your results are listed on it as well as wait times for morning bloodwork and ultrasounds...Morning monitoring was very easy and wait time was minimal. Even when it seemed as if there were a large number of patients waiting, it always went fast.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Molinaro. He was compassionate, understand and kind from the minute I met him. He always explained what was going on and answered any question I had in a way that was easy to understand for someone that doesn't have a medical degree. We found a donor within 4 months of starting the process and had great success. We now have a 2 yr. old son and expecting baby number 2 in May.

Dr. Molinaro is such a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate doctor. He made such a stressful process a bit more bearable...we understood it every step of the way. Dr. M [Molinaro] was always available to talk to. After a miscarriage he immediately called me to talk. During the IVF process he was very understanding and supportive. Overall he had a calming presence and a positive attitude. I had a great experience with him.... After having 3 consecutive miscarriages, my husband and I chose to do IVF to check for chromosomal abnormalities in our embryos. We've now have a 3 yr old, a 1 year old and a 3rd one on the way. Dr. M was very helpful and accessible throughout the whole process.
I really liked the process at RMA. the morning hours made things a lot easier for my schedule. I never waited too long and I really liked their system for having a nurse you could reach out to with questions.... I loved the monitoring schedule window of time. Typically I waited less than 10 minutes and I was one who needed to lay down for bloodwork in a room. There were days with longer waits but overall it was very efficient.

My case was pretty straightforward- the biggest issue was the chromosomal abnormalities leading to my miscarriages. That said we did chromosome testing on the embryos before implanting. We only implanted one embryo at a time and had success. I saw Dr. M one-two times per week once my cycle started.

My treatment plan lasted longer than the average person, so I got to know Dr. Molinaro well over time...I was told a gestational carrier would be my best option to have my first child, but here I am, with a one year old, and one on the way...Dr. Molinaro kept adjusting the protocol and trying something new. He never have up on me... put me on a lower dosage of a combination of medicines, and we saw much better results.
They see A LOT of patients [at RMA of New Jersey]. I left a Dr. with a small warm and familial practice, but we had limited results. Its borderline impossible to create that atmosphere when seeing so many people, but they do well all things considered. With my first baby, I saw many doctors for monitoring. Its discouraging to have a doctor introduce themselves or say "nice to meet you," when they did and internal exam on you the week before, but just don't remember. Things were different with this pregnancy. I saw my own Dr. at every appointment, which made me feel like a person instead of a number. That being said, I wouldn't have the opportunity to comment on my first or second "successful pregnancy" had I not changed to this office. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have spent my life childless if it weren't for RMA.

  • Lost or damaged samples
  • Canceled a cycle due to clinic error
Describe the specific things that went wrong at RMA of Marlton, New Jersey.
This goes back to my first pregnancy with RMA, but my nurse forgot to schedule a test, so I was delayed a month. As it turned out, it didn't matter too much because we were still waiting on results or embryo testing, but that was just coincidental. Additionally, my insurance makes me do day 3 blood work. Nobody caught that I was on a supplement on the day of the test, and that I had to wait another month to redo the test supplement-free. This process is frustrating enough. It would be nice if the office didn't make any delay causing errors. HOWEVER, that was back in 2016/2017. With this pregnancy EVERYTHING was flawless.

I loved Dr. Molinaro, he took the time to explain everything thouroghly and always checked to see if I had questions. I appreciated when he called me personally to tell me I was experiencing a chemical pregnancy after my second transfer. We already had an appointment set to problem solve but he wanted to make sure he was available if I had questions before then. I truly felt that he was as invested as we were in each cycle.
While RMA is big they make you feel so welcome and that they are truly invested in the success of your treatment.... I liked that at RMA you had staff assigned to you (nurse, financial advisor). I always knew who to.call.wirh questions which were answered timely and thoroughly.... Alana was always quick to answer my questions or respond to emails. She was patient with me and ensured I knew who to speak with if she would be out of the office.
