I found the clinic to be very knowledgeable, flexible, and dedicated to achieving success wherever possible for their patients. Every decision was made based on how the IVF cycle was going; egg maturation and retrieval timing was held as sacrosanct. If it was too close to call when a medication should be tweaked or introduced in the cycle, then the clinic brought you in for extra check-up appointments to be sure. If those fell on a weekend or holiday, no problem. The key was to get the timing right so that we had the best chance of retrieving the maximum number of mature eggs. In my case where my AFC was low and egg quality poor, this was everything. They also accommodated a back-up option using donor eggs from abroad and worked closely with me to arrange those logistics alongside my own treatment. I was impressed at their commitment and flexibility around this arrangement. I personally would have liked more in-depth onboarding to the upcoming process beyond an email from my care co-ordinator. IVF demands financial and physical commitment, and it’s time-sensitive. I’m the type of person who likes to understand the broad framework upfront. Thus, I would have preferred an introductory call and a sample treatment calendar with potential injection timings to frame our expectations and allow us to roughly plan around upcoming commitments. In the beginning, I also experienced what seems to have been some internal miscommunication and this meant that I had to check, clarify, and restate things I’d already said to multiple people. I’m unclear on how much the impact of pivoting to working during the pandemic fed into this. Nonetheless, once I raised this issue with them, they received my feedback with grace, and this got much better. Lastly, the clinic facilities are well-designed, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and supportive, and keep things running efficiently. I always felt cared for and comfortable.

Strength is the reception staff and the waiting area. The reception is always kind, welcoming and helpful. The waiting area is clean and modern. You feel like like you are in the best care. Weakness is the poor attitude of the finance department. As a fertility clinic it should be common knowledge that it could be isolating as a patient. There are waves of emotions and patients need to be treated with care and compassion.

Very weak communication, billing personnel are very disorganized and always reflect balances were owed after I had paid. I literally kept payment receipts on me every time I went to the clinic I knew someone was going to tell me I owed a balance. It's really really bad!

The clinic was clean and organized and centrally located. We had positive experiences there with all of our visits.

The clinic as organized, rarely if ever behind schedule, everyone was always on top of their game. I spent a LOT of time there and don't ever remember feeling stressed or bothered.

Great experience - the team clearly cares a lot about what they do. One con is that their building doesn't validate parking. Would definitely recommend - their package pricing was also very competitive, without the hidden fees that I saw elsewhere.

Check out their website, read reviews, look at facebook. Google them. They are 100% great. The nurses, the facility, the location, the doctor, the med protocols, everything. Parking is about $25 but valet makes it easy to use and there is a pharmacy in the building.

The location in LA is challenging to park. Since they are usually very late park your car somewhere with plenty of time on the meter if you drive to your appointments. The parking lot at the clinic in Westwood is a rip off.

The clinic is very nice. They also had a special waiting area for moms who had kids with them. I liked that a lot. I always felt bad bringing my kids to appointments with people who were trying to get pregnant. This way we had a special room with toys and we didn't have to distract other patients.

No age limit -strength They don’t discourage you if you want to try with your own eggs. It’s a nice office. Parking in the building. Pharmacy downstairs to fill your prescription open 6 days a week.

I guess the clinics strengths, is that they are very nice in the front office, they explain future appointments, and Julie was very good explained everything well and in a timely manner. I dont think i have any weakness for them, it was during COVID time so things were a lil hard to do, but overall a great experience
