FertilityIQ's Workplace Index

Each year, with your help, we build the FertilityIQ Workplace Index. This list shows which employers pay for family-building services & what services they specifically cover (e.g. IUI, IVF, egg freezing, adoption).

We're building that list as we speak and millions of hopeful parents rely on this collective effort to make career decisions & to lobby for better coverage.

But we need your help.

Our Ask: Please share with us the name of your employer & the benefits your (and/or a partner’s) employer covers. What’s best is a PDF copy or screenshot of the policy. If your employer doesn’t provide coverage, simply let us know—no PDF necessary.

Summary of Benefits: Typically, a thorough explanation is included in your Summary of Benefits which can easily be found in your open enrollment paperwork, on your benefits portal, or on your insurance company’s user page. What’s best is a PDF copy or screenshot of the Summary of Benefits. But we won’t turn down a quick reply with what you know is covered and some of the details surrounding it.

Our Gift for Your Help To thank you for your time, if you respond with thorough information, like the plan details, we will send you a code for a free FertilityIQ course (up to a $200 value). (Information must be received on or before June 30, 2023. The code can be used by yourself or gifted to a friend. The code will expire July 31, 2023.)

Your helpful insights to include:
- Anything on pre-authorizations (e.g. 12 months of trying to conceive)
- Policies on egg freezing, surrogacy, egg donation or adoption
- Any speciality fertility carriers your company offers
- Any independent family-building educational resource offered

You can email us at benefits@fertilityiq.com.

Know that your time and help here means you're contributing to a resource that will improve coverage for millions of people.

We are incredibly grateful.
